b) TRACKING/REGISTERED OPTIONS: If you wish to have your packaged shipped with tracking, or sent by registered mail please upgrade your postage BEFORE placing your order. Registered shipping means that in case you are not at home during delivery, the mailperson will not leave your package on your doorstep. They will leave you a note and you will have to collect your item at your local post office mentioned on the note.

Our creations are either MADE TO ORDER (current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks) or listed as IN STOCK and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped.

exchanges + returns + cancellations
For regular stock orders: Please understand that we're a small shop, so it's not cost effective to process refunds/exchanges. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing: Refunds/exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must by unwashed and in original condition and be mailed back with a note including your name + order number. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Wild Littles reserves the right to ship back any items that appear to have been laundered or used. If the reason for the return was our error, we will pickup the shipping charge! Customer service is top priority with us, so please do contact us.
